Our Hampers are delivered by Courier.

Please allow up to 1 - 3 business days for shipping, depending on your delivery location.  However, we aim to deliver your unique Brisbane made gift hamper well within these times.

If you require a gift hamper urgently, please contact us as soon as possible so we can make arrangements to have your hamper delivered.

Please note there may be additional delivery charges by requesting an urgent delivery.

If you choose to order Large quantities, Custom Orders or Corporate orders Delivery will be calculated accordingly and included on your emailed invoice.

The delivery cost for Individual Gifts is calculated at checkout accordingly upon online order.

Cancellation of Order

If you wish to cancel your online gift or hamper order please contact us immediately via info@customhamperstudio.com.au or by phoning our Brisbane office on 1300 449 552.  Once payment for an order has been accepted, cancellation is at the discretion of Custom Hampers Studio.

Item Substitution

All of our unique gifts, hampers and hamper items advertised on Custom Hampers Studio website are in stock unless otherwise stated.

Please note Custom Hampers Studio reserves the Right to substitute a product temporarily out of stock with a product of equal or greater value and quality.

You will be advised if a replacement product has been used.

Sale of Liquor

Under the Liquor Control Reform Act 1998 it is an offense to supply alcohol to a person under the age of 18 (Penalty exceeds $17,000), for a person under the age of 18 years to purchase or receive liquor (penalty exceeds $700).

Please ensure the recipient is aged over 18 years and available to receive the gift hamper delivery.

All our products included in our Brisbane gift hampers are made and packaged by third parties. We reserve the Right to not be held responsible for any circumstance regarding these products.
